About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and engineer mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and power distribution systems
- Lead or support projects from concept, design, and documentation through construction and commissioning
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
- Participate in bidding, construction administration, and site visits
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures
- Support industrial and manufacturing facility projects as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) from an ABET-accredited institution
- 2–10 years of relevant engineering or project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required or preferred for senior-level and project management roles
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, REVIT, Plant3D, ETAP/SKM, or similar tools (based on discipline)
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
