Environmental / Civil Engineer (Junior & Senior Roles) – Seattle, WA

💰 Salary: $88K–$128K

We are hiring Environmental / Civil Engineers at both mid-level (4–9 yrs) and senior-level (10–15 yrs) to join our collaborative, employee-owned environmental consulting firm in Seattle, WA.

You’ll work on meaningful sediment remediation, habitat restoration, and upland remediation projects across the Pacific Northwest.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering fields
• Experience in environmental consulting, remediation, or construction
• EIT / PE license (or ability to obtain — depending on level)
• Experience with CADD / Civil3D, field investigations, design work, or construction oversight
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license ability to maintain required certifications (HAZWOPER, etc.)
  

What You’ll Do

• Support or lead remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial design
• Perform site evaluations, design work, field oversight, and report preparation
• Work with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Senior role includes project leadership, client management, and mentoring junior staff.
