This is a full-time hybrid Licensed Realtor role based in Racine, WI, with opportunities to work both in-person and from home. The Licensed Realtor will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing expert property guidance, negotiating contracts, handling real estate transactions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local markets. - A current Real Estate License is required
- Proficiency in Real Estate knowledge and understanding of Real Property regulations
