We’re looking for a brilliant Producer to join our growing team at Only Child — a transatlantic production company, creative and ideas studio crafting work that blends cinematic storytelling with cultural relevance. Based in New York, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment and brings a sharp eye for detail, big-picture thinking, and a passion for working with directors, creators, and brands alike, while also being on the pulse of what’s next in the ever evolving world of content.
As a Senior Producer, you’ll lead high-level productions across commercial, branded, and digital content — managing bidding & budgets of $200K and up — while also playing a key role in shaping new business. You’ll work closely with our directors and Executive Producers in both the US UK to bring bold ideas to life, from pitch to final delivery. We’re looking for a self-starter, someone who can oversee every step of production, champion our company culture, expand our network and business, and help us raise the bar with every project as a growing transatlantic company.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Leadership
- Oversee all phases of production from development through to delivery
- Lead projects across TV, social, and digital platforms, managing budgets of £150K
- Act as the key point of contact on set and throughout post-production for clients, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication
- Collaborate with directors, talent, and creatives to shape standout work that bridges storytelling with brand goals
- Confidently lead pre-production and post-production meetings, identifying risks and solutions before they become problems
Production Documentation & Compliance
- Oversee all essential production documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery:
- Call sheets
- Insurance needs
- Crew and talent contracts
- Production declaration forms
- Permits and location agreements
- Kit hire and bookings
- Secure and organize shoot locations, permits, and compliance requirements
- Book and coordinate crew, ensuring roles are appropriately filled and supported
On-Set & Post-Production Support
- Act as the lead production contact during shoots, supporting the Executive Producer and ensuring production runs smoothly
- Troubleshoot and assist in resolving any on-set challenges with professionalism and speed
- Manage delivery timelines and support in-house or external post-production teams to ensure seamless handovers
New Business & Creative Strategy
- Support the Executive Producers in responding to briefs and building client relationships
- Help shape pitches, treatments, and budgets that win new work and push creative boundaries
- Stay on top of social trends, creators, and influencer culture to help craft relevant, forward-thinking content
- Bring in new direct to brand or agency business - with commission reward

Compensation
- Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 annually
- Final compensation will be based on experience, scope of responsibility, and role alignment. Bonus or project-based incentives may apply.
Location
- This role is remote, but candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Candidates that can commute into NYC for meetings and offsites preferred .
