Job Overview
Only Bucket USA is a brand new, fully automated injection molding facility producing containers for various industries across the USA. This facility is a first of its kind in the USA from the resin conveying to the machines, the robots removing the containers from the machines, labels being applied, quality vision system, sorting, pallet stacking and to the warehouse no human hands will touch the products. ALL THE EQUIPMENT IS BRAND NEW!

Responsibilities
Maintenance Technicians with mechanical and electrical knowledge to be able to maintain equipment from 24V to 480V power requirements and mechanical equipment from hydraulics, pneumatics, conveying, robotics and mechanical maintenance skills. Ability to work with Process Technicians to address issues with equipment and process performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance with a strong mechanical background.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques including the use of ohmmeters.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Strong communication skills in English for effective teamwork and reporting.
- Skilled working with power from 24V to 480VAC
- Skilled use of shop equipment such as hand tools, electric meters and various other tools required to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair/replace equipment to maintain production requirements
- Experience in working independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
