We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated team member to join Only Angels Home Health and Hospice in a unique part-time role combining home health care and marketing. This position offers a mix of hands-on patient care and community outreach, with two days per week working as a Home Health Aide and two days per week dedicated to marketing.

Position Responsibilities

Home Health Aide (2 Days Per Week)

• Provide personal care and related services to patients in their homes under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist patients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Document care provided according to agency policies.

Marketing Representative (2 Days Per Week)

• Visit hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and other referral sources.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Promote Only Angels Home Health and Hospice services throughout the community.
• Help increase referrals and community awareness of our services.
• Track marketing visits and maintain communication with referral partners.

Qualifications

• Current HHA certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and building professional relationships.
• Previous healthcare or marketing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Successful completion of a minimum 75-hour training and competency evaluation program or Nurse Aide training and competency evaluation approved by the State of Kansas
• Must be a Kansas-certified CNA/HHA and possess a certificate of course completion.
• Proficient in providing personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation services.
• Must maintain current CPR certification (online CPR certification not accepted).
• Must be able to successfully complete required background screening.
