About The Role
As an Educational Leader, you'll be at the heart of driving quality outcomes by:
- Guiding and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs
- Partnering with the leadership team to strengthen curriculum and pedagogy
- Building strong, respectful relationships with families
- Encouraging reflection, curiosity, and professional growth across the team
We're looking for a motivated Educational Leader who brings:
- A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 1 year full-time leadership experience (or similar)
- A collaborative, team-focused leadership approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Openness to relocating and embracing a Brisbane sea-change lifestyle
