- Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Vet creators based on audience fit, engagement quality, content style, niche, and brand alignment
- Build and maintain organised influencer lists
- Write personalised outreach messages and manage follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with influencers and creators
- Coordinate product seeding and gifting campaigns
- Track product shipments, creator responses, deliverables, and live content
- Support negotiations around deliverables, timelines, rates, and usage rights
- Monitor influencer posts, UGC, and campaign outcomes
- Prepare campaign trackers, reports, and performance summaries
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external creators
- Experience in influencer outreach, creator partnerships, PR, social media, or eCommerce support
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok influencer marketing
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines at once
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and project management tools
- Ability to write outreach messages that feel personal, professional, and on-brand
