Marketing Coordinator (Full-time, Remote)
Online Vacation Center is seeking an experienced email and direct mail marketer to develop and execute daily emails, weekly print pieces, landing pages, and other creative assets end to end. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and self-motivated. This position is an essential part of the marketing team, and coordinator will have the opportunity to learn from others.
Please note the following: Business operates on Eastern Time and is located in South Florida. Position is fully remote for employees residing outside the tri-county area (Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade). Rarely, local team members may be asked to report to the office. Remote work to be conducted from designated work location, such as personal residence or dedicated office space. Candidates are expected to have their own computer setup suitable for remote work, ideally including a second monitor to support multitasking and productivity. Due to state laws, we are only seeking candidates who reside in the following states: FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, NH, CT, TX.
Core Responsibilities
• Produce emails, landing pages, and direct mail and prepare them for deployment or print.
• Create and edit basic graphic elements (banners, images, maps, etc.).
• Proof own work and occasionally teammates’ work for spelling, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Demonstrate the ability to locate and verify current product, promotion, and brand information using the appropriate internal and external resources before producing or finalizing collateral.
• Maintain consistent messaging and visual brand elements.
• Assist with copywriting and simple graphic design tasks.
• Edit website(s).
• Stay updated on industry trends in email, direct mail, and design, as well as cruising and travel.
• Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
• Must reside and work within the US. Due to state laws, we are only seeking candidates who reside in the following states: FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, NH, CT, TX.
• Has professional experience creating and deploying emails and designing and packaging direct mail.
• Strong verbal and written command of the English language, including grammar and spelling.
• High attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Strong computer skills and ability/willingness to correspond via email and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of print layout, typography, Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe CC products: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
• Familiarity with HTML, WordPress, Webflow, and email platforms (Act-On, Marketo, etc.).
• Basic understanding of CSS/JavaScript a plus.
• Previous cruise, travel, or hospitality experience a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
