Job Description:
Online Trucking Inc is seeking a dedicated and organized Night Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Norwalk, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient communication and coordination between drivers and customers during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dispatch calls and provide timely responses to driver and customer inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate logistics for transportation needs and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and dispatch activities.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in dispatch or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
