Responsibilities and Duties

The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and organized by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and assisting with basic kitchen duties when needed.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools

• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, sinks, floors, and garbage disposal areas

• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organizing as needed

• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

• Report any issues with equipment to kitchen management

• Neat, clean, and professional appearance

• Exhibit a sense of urgency

• Guest-friendly demeanor
