What are the responsibilities and job description for the Massage Therapist - Independent Contractor position at Onion River Chiropractic?
Seeking reliable, dependable, experienced massage therapist for therapeutic massage on both chiropractic patients and cash paying patients. Must be able to do specific, deep soft tissue massage ie: trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stripping etc. Massages will be 1/2 hour to 1 hour massages and some will be under doctor directions. Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in an medical office environment. We have wonderful patients to work with, though! This position also requires an additional shift as a chiropractic assistant doing shorter soft tissue sessions and doing modalities on patients such as muscle stimulation and cold and hot laser therapy (we will train for!). Seeking to cover 1 massage shift currently and 1-2 chiropractic assistant shifts, more massage room and chiro assistant shifts likely available in future. Thank you for your interest!
