Emplyment Introduction:
The Onion Crock of Michigan is seeking a Production Assistant in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role is responsible for pulling and organizing product to ensure that production goes smoothly the following day, as well as opening #10 cans. This role is also responsible for boxing soups and sauces so that it is ready to be transferred to a storage facility via skid pallets. The Production Assistance will also help the head chef with daily production and packaging.
The Production Assistant role is demanding and requires physical fitness. It has considerable responsibilities requiring individuals capable of leading and working in a team environment. Successful candidates possess good written and verbal communication skills, problem solving ability, conflict resolution skills, strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, self-confidence, an ability to adapt to changing situations, and an excitement to grow with our company.

Job Information and Qualifications
- Starting wage is between $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
- Full-time employment that starts at 6:00 a.m.
- Driver’s license not required, but helpful
- Restaurant experience is not required, but helpful
