We are seeking both a staff accountant and an entry level accountant.
Compensation around 22/hr on the entry level and up to 80 for the staff accountant.

Essential Job Functions
- Record invoices and AP-related transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs
- Coordinate and organize the AP team's activities to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all AP tasks, collaborate effectively with team members, and support overall departmental efficiency.
- Calculate and complete use tax reports. Validating monthly, quarterly & yearly use tax charges and preparing related journal entries, along with updating monthly rate changes
- Ensure vendor records, including tax documents and contact information, are complete and accurate. Complete annual 1099 reports.
- Assist in researching open receivers, unmatched PO invoices, and vendor statements.
- Assist with the monthly financial close process, including preparing/reviewing journal entries, closing various month-end ERP modules, and performing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with vendors to answer questions and solve problems.
- Assist internal stakeholders such as receiving and purchasing to resolve invoice-related issues.
