We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Foam Machine Operator / Assembler to operate foam-processing machinery and assist with the assembly of foam products. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality control, and efficiency in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industrial equipment and be comfortable performing repetitive tasks with precision.

• Set up, operate, and monitor foam-cutting, shaping, or bonding machines
• Load raw materials into machinery and ensure correct machine settings
• Assemble foam parts according to product specifications and blueprints
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report mechanical problems to maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Record production data and complete required documentation
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment as needed
