What You’ll Do as a Operations Assembly Lead:
- Lead Precision Projects: Take charge of building and verifying high-accuracy parts like valves and injectors following technical blueprints.
- Setup: Organize and calibrate specialized tools and workstations.
- Coach the Crew: Share your expertise by mentoring other team members, turning complex assembly instructions into easy-to-follow lessons.
- Quality Control: Use advanced testing gear and diagnostic facilities to confirm every component meets strict performance standards.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Maintain a professional and organized shop environment while jumping in to help solve technical hurdles as they arise.
Skills and Experience:
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Assembly Expertise: At least two years of experience working with complex mechanical components and precision systems.
- Educational Foundation: A high school diploma or an equivalent level of education.
- Leadership Skills: The ability to mentor others with a patient, helpful attitude and clear communication.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort reading blueprints and using specialized tools to set up and calibrate workstations.
- Precision & Focus: Sharp attention to detail and the manual dexterity needed to handle very small, intricate parts.
- Reliability: A track record of being punctual, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy shop.

Physical Capability: The strength to lift up to 50 lbs and the stamina to remain active on the floor throughout the shift.
