What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cabinet & Door Builder position at Onin Staffing?
Overview:
Join a team of established cabinet builders in COTTAGE GROVE! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Upon successfully meeting attendance, performance, and contract requirements (typically around the 90-day mark), teammates will be considered for permanent hire.
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
$20.00 per hour
$20.00 per hour
- Ensure products meet quality standards through inspections, measurements, and documentation. Work closely with production teams to identify issues and maintain product excellence
- Follow blueprints to assemble high-quality products
- Assemble and install hardware components on finished products using hand and power tools while maintaining quality and production standards
Skills and Experience:
- Construction or lumber manufacuring experience
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for an 8-hour shift
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprint reading experience
- Forklift certification a plus.
