Director of Franchise Development
Onigilly started in 2008 with a mission to make fast food healthier. We’ve grown to 5 successful company-owned locations and are now focusing on expanding Onigilly into a nationwide chain to bring healthy and convenient options to more people.
Your Role :
- Collaborate with external partners, including attorneys, manual creation experts, and marketing agencies, to build the franchise system.
- Identify and recruit franchisees, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
- Hire and build your own team to drive and manage the expansion process.
- Work closely with the founders to shape and execute Onigilly’s growth strategy.
We have a strong network of talented external partners to support you, and you’ll be the leader steering both your team and these resources to achieve our expansion goals.
Location : You’ll be commuting to our office in the San Francisco Financial District or San Mateo.
