What You’ll OwnYou will run the entire creative process end-to-end:Strategy & IdeationDeep research on avatars, angles, objections, hooks, and awareness stagesCreating concepts for high-converting video ads and static adsIdentifying winning patterns and iterating aggressivelyExecutionScripting performance adsBriefing & managing editors and designersDirecting content shoots and sourcing UGC (with budget ownership)Producing consistent volume of concepts that hit performance targetsOptimizationAnalyzing ad performance & pulling actionable insightsScaling winning creatives and killing losersBuilding structured processes for testing, iteration & optimizationYou’ll collaborate closely with:2 in-house video editors (4 concepts/day each)2 graphic designers (40 static ads/day)CEO & founderFunnel/listicle builderYour output will directly drive millions of dollars in ad revenue.????
