Position Title: Quality Assurance Specialist Sr.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Six (6) years of experience.
- Consult regarding the production of a quality management plan, to include all requisite quality standards, checklists, report templates, and processes.
- Monitor adherence to quality assurance plans and requirements by monitoring program implementation.
- Perform internal audits to verify that records are in conformance to quality management plans/standards.
- Facilitate changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies, training materials to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Developing QA plans for features or projects.
- Review and analyze existing QA documents developed by others for the need for changes.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to develop and maintain quality management plans, standards, checklists, and reporting templates.
- Skill in monitoring compliance with established quality requirements.
- Ability to conduct audits and assess conformance with quality standards.
- Skill in reviewing, analyzing, and improving quality assurance documentation.
- Ability to support continuous process improvement initiatives.
