One full-time position ( 40 hrs/week) | Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (may vary based on clinic needs) | Main Livestock Exchange Campus (LSX 30th & L) | Job Duties The Operations Supervisor organizes and controls the day-to-day activities to ensure the effective, efficient, and secure operation of systems and workflows. Under the direction of the ADOO, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for the operational supervision and ongoing support of service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include direct supervision of an operations team, including, but not limited to, Patient Registration, Patient Experience Phones, Medical Records, Patient Support, Case Management, Satellite Operations, Enrollment and Financial Services, and Support Services. The Operations Supervisor manages multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring that planning, data collection, deliverables, and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders are completed in a timely manner and according to established goals and requirements.
- Assists the ADOO in the development, communication, implementation, and ongoing assessment of clinic operations policies and procedures.
- Attends Operations Staff Meetings, assists in setting the agenda, meeting minutes/documentation, and works directly with the ADOO in ensuring action items are addressed and followed through.
- Assists patients in understanding OneWorld’s services and the services of other agencies.
- Ensures that staff keep accurate records in both patient charts and databases.
- Provides direct supervision to support clinic compliance, quality, and performance improvement goals. Identifies workflow and operational problems and makes recommendations.
- Manages clinic flow for smooth patient flow throughout the health center.
