What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketplace Enrollment Specialist position at OneWorld Community Health Centers?
The Marketplace Enrollment Specialist is a member of the Enrollment & Financial Services and Outreach teams, responsible for screening/enrollment/advocacy and navigation of financial programs on behalf of patients including, but not limited to OWCHC, State, Local and Federal programs, specifically the Health Insurance Marketplace. The Marketplace Enrollment Specialist will assist patients and community members with understanding and completing enrollment process through the Health Insurance Marketplace exchanges.
The Marketplace Enrollment Specialist will also discuss treatment plans and costs with the patient and help create a payment plan that falls within the set policies of the billing office if necessary.
The Marketplace Enrollment Specialist will work collaboratively with all office staff to ensure a well-executed financial plan is established for the patient.
