As a Direct Support Professional, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
- Associate degree preferred or higher in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
- Experience with COVID –19 Vaccination approved exemption status
- Assertiveness - wanting to be part of a team that helps treat clients for substance abuse issues.
- Ability to work with various computerized medical record systems and assist in medical needs for our residents.

- Assistant Director of Operations provides 4 weeks of PTO per year for the following purposes: 1 week during opening hours (first day of business every first week of every month), 6 paid days between Christmas and New Year’s (NOC time), one paid time off per year.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
