- Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based speech, communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing therapy.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate caregivers on communication strategies, AAC use, and safe swallowing practices.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in required meetings and trainings.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to home and community-based service locations.
- Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), providing home or community-based services, and working with AAC or dysphagia management is preferred.
- English proficiency is required; bilingual proficiency, including Spanish, is a plus.
