Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in San Diego, CA. As a Bilingual IDD Program Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and staff within I/DD programs while ensuring quality services and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing program development, supervising case management activities, and supporting individuals with I/DD in achieving their goals. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential for collaborating with team members, families, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory and Program Management skills to lead teams and oversee daily operations effectively
- Proficiency in Program Development to create, implement, and evaluate impactful services and initiatives
- Experience in Case Management and ensuring the delivery of personalized and client-centered care
- Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and engagement with families and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred or required based on the community served)
- Knowledge of regulations and policies concerning intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Commitment to advocating for individuals with I/DD and supporting an inclusive community
