One Water Marine is currently ramping up for the new boating season and is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and knowledgeable broker that has the desire to live by one of the best boating locations in North America. This Position is for an experienced yacht broker that will be responsible for generating new leads, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining positive customer relationships
Qualifications & Expectations
- Licensed Broker with minimum 5 years' experience.
- High Ticket Negotiating skills
- Excellent communication skills, to effectively deal with customers and colleagues
- Ability to be work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Exhibit strong problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Maintain precise client records, diligently inputting and maintaining an accurate and comprehensive client database
- Acquire full knowledge of assigned product lines, including all standard features, accessories, and options
- Utilize Yachtcloser learn it, utilize it, input all customer information precisely
- Successfully achieve sales targets and objectives
- Complete all required OWYG training courses successfully
- Secure quality brokerage listings
- Familiarize yourself on a daily basis for what boats are currently available and their selling price
- Actively support and participate in boat shows, on-site and off-site special events, and displays
- Precisely quote pricing to clients, including taxes, freight, trade-in allowance, fees, and requirements for financing
- Acquire and meet all state licensing requirements
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of yachts and experience in the marine industry preferred
- Accomplish sales goals
- Self-disciplined, motivated, and organized
