Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the marine industry or knowledge of boating.
- Sales training or certification.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about our used boats, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct follow-up communications with potential buyers to nurture leads and close sales.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to develop promotional strategies and events.
