About the Role:

The Shipping Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders within the warehouse environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or shipping environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and shipping processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience with advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Certification in material handling or safety training.
