Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mulit-Site Community Manager based in Fort Worth, TX. The Community Manager will oversee daily property operations for 3 communities to ensure resident satisfaction, manage tenant communications, and maintain property efficiency. Responsibilities also include managing leasing activities, supervising staff, handling budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to engaging with residents, addressing issues, and fostering a positive living community.
Qualifications
- Property management experience, including knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and property maintenance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with residents and staff
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop a team
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in handling tenant relations and resolving conflicts professionally
- Proficient with Onesite and other computer software programs.
- Working knowledge of housing laws, safety regulations, and compliance standards
- Previous experience in real estate or residential property management is required.
