Summary:
The Analyst assists the Asset Management & Acquisition team with the identification, underwriting, financing, acquisition, management and disposition of assets. Additionally, the Analyst will provide analytical support related to an existing investment portfolio on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The Analyst is responsible for assisting with the preparation and tracking of financial data, DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) modeling, developing investment summaries and Offering Memorandums for use (internally and externally), investor reports, media publications and company disclosure documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Build, maintain and monitor financial models in Excel utilizing property financial statements, budgets, leases, expense information and market assumptions.
● Create investment memos for internal investment committee meetings.
● Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for outside investors.
● Support the underwriting, analysis, and execution of real estate acquisitions.
● Prepare and compile due diligence materials, budgets, financial models and schedules.
● Assist with the preparation of multifamily applications for financing & refinances.
● Perform market research to determine/verify a project’s economics and to verify assumptions used in models.
● Assist with physical due diligence (including review of contracts, preparing the budgets, gathering the consultants) of potential acquisitions.
● Cultivate broker relationships for market information.
● Facilitate project inspections and tours.
● Complete all OneWall University courses by the required deadline.
● Perform other related duties as assigned.
Salary : $80,000 - $97,000
