OneTouch Direct is a leading provider of contact center solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter for our Brandon, FL location to lead our talent acquisition efforts and support the growth of our team.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the Brandon, FL office
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to the Brandon, FL talent market by utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting expertise and guidance
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruiting process
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports
- Stay updated on local labor market trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies in the Brandon area
