- Conduct training sessions that enhance the knowledge and skills of employees, focusing on effective sales techniques, product expertise, and customer engagement strategies
- Utilize performance metrics to assess training effectiveness and modify programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and determine training needs based on team performance and organizational goals
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to drive performance and maximize sales potential
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress, ensuring that all training documentation is up to date
- Experience call center or Telcommunication environment is highly preferred
- Proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role, with a solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of effective training techniques and best practices in sales training
- Strong analytical skills to assess training outcomes and make strategic adjustments
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems
