Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Aircraft Appearance Audits of Aircraft Exterior Appearance and Cabin Condition and Workability in accordance with applicable maintenance programs in order to provide superior customer satisfaction and achieve a position as an industry leader
- Serve as a liaison for the Aircraft Appearance organization and report audit findings to assigned stations and relevant division organizations
- A professional demeanor is vital along with the drive and ability to work independently as travel is required
- Plan and conduct Aircraft Appearance Audits at assigned station/region to ensure Cabin Maintenance operations and Aircraft Exterior Appearance processes conform to standards
- Collect, investigate, and report Aircraft Appearance Audit non-conformance findings in accordance with established procedures
- Review Audit findings and track statistics for follow up to ensure appropriate corrective actions have been taken and/or to recommend improvements
- Provides subject matter knowledge and support on Aircraft Appearance issues where significant customer impact, workload, and/or workforce decisions are being made Represents the Aircraft appearance team at station and divisional levels on programs and for high impact issues where Aircraft appearance input is required
- Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned
Qualifications
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Have knowledge about aircraft configurations, maintenance interior/exterior specifications, methods and procedures.2 years
- Must be very computer literate, competent in Windows, MS office products, knowledge in local and network directories and servers, moving data and file
- Ability to work with and communicate with several different levels of Management
- Ability to travel often as required (20% of the time)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- BS / College
- Customer service type of experience
