About the Customer Success Manager, Supply role:
After enjoying significant success, Onetag is now scaling internationally in both Europe and the US and is now looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join our Supply Customer Success team based in New York.
As Customer Success Manager, you will report to the Senior Customer Success based in NY and will be joining a rapidly scaling team. You'll actively collaborate with the Supply Sales team to cultivate enduring relationships with publishers utilising Onetag technology and services to boost their digital advertising ventures, with a specific focus on the programmatic revenue opportunity.
In this role, you will participate in the entire post-sale process. This includes onboarding, ramp-up phase, troubleshooting, regular check-ins and rigorous performance analyses.
What You’ll Do:
Working in an ad tech startup means that things often change and we adapt to the growing and changing needs of the business. We expect the below to be the bulk of the role, but this may change over time:
- Handle the onboarding process and maintain strong post-sales relationships with publishers on our curation platform
- Identify and present new revenue opportunities through upselling, and participate in client strategy meetings (QBRs)
- Troubleshooting integrations via OB, Prebid, TAM and ORTB
- Coordinate with the Senior CSM and Sales Team to ensure a unified market approach and strategy
Skills You’ll Have:
- Previous experience in the online advertising landscape, preferably in Publisher Assistant or Operations roles (ideally for an SSP)
- Analytical mindset, excellent client manner and a proactive approach to dealing with requests and emails, building relationships & overcoming challenges positively
- Basic knowledge of programmatic integrations via SSPs integrations via Prebid, Google OB, Amazon TAM
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (we use Hubspot)
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis
