OneSwoopLLC is a fast-growing multiplatform social media growth agency. We help influencers and creators scale their online presence and maximize their digital revenue through expert management, branding, and growth strategies.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for two Hiring Managers to help us expand our influencer team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and onboarding high-potential creators — as well as letting go of underperforming talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, interview, and hire new influencer candidates for management.
- Review performance metrics and recommend terminations when necessary.
- Maintain organized records of candidates and hires.
- Collaborate closely with executive management to meet recruiting goals.
- Communicate expectations clearly to new recruits during onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Experience in recruiting, influencer management, or social media industries preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, confident, and reliable.
Compensation:
- $200 per day (paid daily or weekly depending on preference).
- Growth potential and performance bonuses available.
Schedule:
- Full-time or flexible availability.
- Day-to-day operations will be fully explained and guided by management.
