THE POSITION:
The Operating Room (OR) Technician prepares the operating room, instruments, supplies, and ensures the equipment and environment is sterile. Also known as Surgical Techs, or OR Techs, they also assist during the procedure, monitoring the patient, and carefully monitoring supplies and tools used.
Weekly amount stated in the job postings is scaled based on estimated hourly wages and potential stipends available for the location of the assignment.
