Source and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful staffing solutions and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain great relationships with client facilities
- Primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Independently negotiate contracts, bill rates and the qualification process.
- Communicate facility expectations internally, ensuring systems reflect those expectations.
- Act as liaison between the facility and the company; including ongoing follow-up and communication
- Partner with Recruiters to secure qualified candidates for client positions.
- Assist in resolving personal and professional issues regarding facility and Traveler
Requirements :
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Proven background in sales/marketing, preferable in travel nursing
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Background in medical terminology
- Ability to multitask
