Responsibilities :
- Effective communication with travel nurses and other staff
- Actively seek out new and unique recruiter tools to gain new leads
- Conducted initial phone screens with candidates and assist with travel assignments
- Function within the scope of OSM policies, standards, and practice guidelines
Requirements :
- 1 year of locum tenens experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of good performance
- Tech Savvy
- Ability to work as a team in a challenging and fast pace environment
Education :
Bachelor Degree
