OneSparQ is hiring a Program Manager for an IT Services company based in Maryland. This is an onsite position that requires regular travel to project sites throughout the Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities
- Travel between all 10 hospitals and oversee the installation, integration, and maintenance of physical security systems, including Access Control, CCTV/VMS, Emergency Call, and Infant Protection systems.
- Manage and support a team consisting of 7 Service Technicians, a Service Coordinator, Service Supervisor, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and an installation team of 4–6 technicians that report through the Supervisor/Engineer.
- Build relationships with Security Directors and other key contacts at each hospital.
- Lead onsite and virtual meetings with internal teams and customers.
- Oversee projects from start to finish and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage existing systems while also leading larger projects across the healthcare network.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
- Experience in low voltage, including Access Control and CCTV.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
