Role Description The Social Media Manager and Content Creator is a remote role responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to support OneSource VA and its clients. This role manages social media calendars, drafts posts, designs basic visual assets, and repurposes existing content into engaging formats such as short posts, carousels, and videos. The position involves monitoring platform performance, engaging with audiences through comments and messages, and adjusting strategies based on analytics and trends. The Social Media Manager and Content Creator collaborates closely with internal teams and clients to ensure brand consistency, support campaign launches, and maintain clear, timely communication about content needs and priorities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in social media management and content creation, including planning, writing, and publishing posts across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Skills in basic graphic design and multimedia content production (e.g., Canva, simple video editing) to create on-brand, visually compelling assets.
- Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and optimization to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
