Our team has built long-standing client and candidate relationships across the Gulf Coast and broader U.S. markets.
We are hiring a Recruiting Associate to support candidate sourcing, outreach, initial screening, and pipeline development for professional searches. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is organized, persistent, comfortable with outreach, and interested in learning professional recruiting from an experienced search team.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, referrals, and online research
- Build candidate pipelines for assigned roles
- Conduct initial outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Complete basic candidate screening for experience, location, compensation, and availability
- Maintain accurate candidate notes and activity in the ATS
- Support recruiters with follow-up, scheduling, and pipeline updates
- Help improve speed and coverage on support searches, lower-fee roles, and non-core searches
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, sales, or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable making calls and sending outreach messages
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Experience with LinkedIn, ATS, or job boards is a plus
- Interest in recruiting for professional, and technical roles
