OneSource Professional Search is partnering with an established industrial equipment manufacturer to hire a skilled Fabricator/Welder. This hands-on role involves welding and fabricating castings and components using MIG, TIG, stick, and other welding processes while working from blueprints, welding symbols, and WPS requirements. It is a three-month contract role with the potential for direct hire conversion.

Responsibilities
Produce structurally sound welds on castings and fabricated components.
Perform MIG, TIG, stick, wire-feed, and related welding work.
Read blueprints, welding symbols, specifications, and WPS requirements.
Fabricate, fit, grind, measure, and inspect completed work.
Follow established safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Welding/fabrication training and hands-on experience.
Ability to produce sound welds and work from WPS requirements.
Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols.
Experience with welding equipment, grinders, measuring tools, and power tools.
1–5 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred.
