Our client, an established and profitable E&P operator with O&G production assets in multiple basins, is seeking an experienced Division Order Analyst to manage the accurate and timely setup of revenue distribution and joint interest billing (JIB) decks. This role is key in maintaining ownership records, processing transfers, and resolving complex royalty and working interest inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain JIB and revenue decks, including burden, APO, and BPO decks.
- Monitor and resolve suspense funds; ensure all curative requirements are met before distribution.
- Prepare and process complex transfer and division orders; satisfy title requirements.
- Support due diligence, audits, acquisitions/divestitures, data conversions, unclaimed property, and other special projects.
- Collaborate with Land, Legal, Accounting, and other teams.
- Assist with annual escheat process to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5–10 years of Division Order experience in oil & gas, with expertise in Louisiana, Texas, and Pennsylvania.
- Strong knowledge of real property and succession laws, oil & gas ownership rules, and unclaimed property regulations.
- Proficiency in Excalibur or similar O&G software and Microsoft Office Suite.
