We're working with a local, New Orleans area professional services client on a Confidential Controller opportunity.
The Controller of this 20 year, multi-location organization will oversee all financial operations and be a confidant to company ownership/leadership. This is a hands-on position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining strict compliance, and standardizing financial processes across the business. The Controller position will also include responsibilities for accounting adjacent HR components including payroll, 401k etc. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and brings expertise in multi-location financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and creating operational efficiency.
Qualified candidates will bring:
- 7 years of accounting experience with 2 years being in a leadership capacity
- Bachelors Degree in either Accounting or Finance – CPA preferred
- QuickBooks experience
- Experience in a multi-location organization preferred
