Print, promotional, corporate apparel, and fulfillment provider looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative. This is a fast-paced position that requires simultaneously managing multiple deadline driven tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities for this position include:
- Inside sales / customer service
- Offset, digital, promotional products, and screen printing estimating
- Order Management
- Oversee quality and on-time delivery
- Conduct initial file preflight checks
- Route proofs for approval
- Assist with configuration and content management of corporate web-to-print online stores
- Oversee inventory management and reporting for assigned accounts
- Hold regular online or in-person meetings with clients
- Coordinate project schedules
- Evaluate and compare costs from multiple sources to ensure competitive pricing
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in commercial offset printing, digital printing, screen printing, or promotional product customer service or inside sales
- 1 year or more experience in eCommerce fulfillment, and a strong understanding of inventory management using ERP / WMS systems
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and a strong understanding of file preparation requirements for the graphics industry
- Must have excellent PC skills including MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
