We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves producing quotations and managing orders for commercial printing, corporate apparel, and promotional products. This position requires the ability to maintain strong customer relationships and manage multiple deadlines, tasks, and priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and computer skills, and a proven track record in a B2B inside sales or customer service role in the commercial printing and promotional products industries. This role will be pivotal in expanding our business and delivering exceptional value to our clients through innovative solutions and personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM / ERP system to track interactions and follow-up tasks
- Prepare quotations and manage orders and production schedules to ensure completion within deadlines and ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- Set up and maintain both inventory and on-demand products and specifications
- Send and review supplier requests for quotations, place orders and monitor on-time delivery.
- Assist with mainenance and build out of customer-branded online stores
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in the printing and/or promotional products industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Proven success in building B2B relationships with new clients and maintaining relationships with long-term clients
- Strong understanding of textile, promotional products, and commercial printing production methods and specifications
- Excellent PC skills, including MS Office, ERP and CRM systems. Sage or ASI promotional software experience also desired.
