Overnight Security Guard - Front Desk (2 Openings)

Schedule: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Available Positions:

• Position 1: 3 nights per week (30 hours)
• Position 2: 4 nights per week (40 hours)

OneService Security Services is hiring two dependable Security Guards for overnight front desk positions at an independent senior living community in Commack, NY. This is a residential community, not an assisted living or nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk for most of the shift.
• Monitor building activity and assist residents and visitors as needed.
• Conduct three scheduled patrols per night, completing designated electronic scan checkpoints.
• Report unusual activity, safety concerns, and incidents.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and communicate with management.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS Security Guard Registration Card.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
