Facilities Service Coordinator – Ronkonkoma, NY

OneService is seeking an experienced Facilities Service Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position in Ronkonkoma, NY.

Pay: $27.00 per hour or equivalent salary; final compensation structure to be determined.

The Facilities Service Coordinator will manage facility service requests from initial receipt through completion. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining work orders, dispatching the appropriate vendors and contractors, confirming arrival and completion, obtaining required photographs and documentation, providing status updates, handling escalations and complex service issues, and ensuring each ticket is properly closed.

Prior experience in facilities service coordination, maintenance dispatch, vendor coordination, or a closely related role is required. We are seeking someone who can step into the position with established experience managing work orders, contractors, escalations, and multiple open service requests with minimal training.

This is primarily an on-site position; however, the coordinator must also be available to monitor work-related calls and emails after hours and remotely access company systems when necessary to address or update active service requests. If classified as hourly/non-exempt, all after-hours work will be compensated in accordance with applicable overtime requirements. If classified as salaried/exempt, occasional additional hours will be an expectation of the position.

Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills are essential. Experience with MaintainX or a similar work-order management system is preferred.
