Job Overview:
ONESE GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Processing Operator to support daily warehouse and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, and preparing inventory and shipments while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficient workflow throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and inventory.
- Verify quantities, product information, labels, and shipping documentation.
- Sort, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Process customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment and material-handling tools as authorized.
- Update inventory records and warehouse management system information.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Inspect products and packages for damage or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and supply chain teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading freight when required.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, equipment issues, and operational problems to supervisors.
- Meet established productivity, accuracy, and order-processing targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain experience is preferred.
- Ability to accurately process inventory and shipping information.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Ability to use warehouse management or inventory tracking systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials as required by the position.
- Forklift or other warehouse equipment certification is a plus.
Pay: $20.30 - $23.40 per hour
