What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Coordinator position at ONESCS LLC?
- Coordinator will be a liaison between customer and dispatch and customer and warehouse
- Tracking and recording shipping logs for drivers
- Create POD’s and OFS documents for scheduled shipments
- Uploading POD’s to Transplace and keeping accurate record in order logs
- Creating and managing orders in 3PL
- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Responding to customer inquiries/emails and finding solution to answer all inquiries
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- Responsible for all other duties as designated by management as relates to all logistics and customer service concerns
